Cooking Essentials: Custards, Puddings, Mousses & Soufflés Class



Join us for a delicious evening where we explore the difference between these versions of creamy deliciousness!

Custards, puddings and mousses, typically all desserts, start with a base of milk and sugar and then vary depending on cooking (or not), thickening agent, etc. Soufflés are also related since they are comprised of a sweet or savory base + leavening and cooked. We will learn the rules, how the rules are blurred and then maybe break a few!
