This class will cover 3 varieties of nut and seed milks that you can make at home with any blender or food processor, and then we'll put those into 3 yummy smoothies to try!
We'll discuss the use of "superfood" and protein powders, other forms of nuts and seeds, and fresh greens in smoothies and shakes.
Sample 3 nutritionally complete smoothies: Protein banana-wama, tropical green machine, and berry-powerful morning.
