Maple sugar season is New England’s 5th season. It’s that special time of year when sap is collected from the sugar maples and boiled down to make real maple syrup. In this class, we will use local Vermont and New Hampshire syrup in recipes that showcase its versatility. Maple syrup is not for pancakes alone.
