On average 30% of waste in a landfill is food. Much of this is compostable, but what do you do when you cannot compost?
How can we use more of the product and generate less waste? In this DEMO class we will take common “cores” and make several dishes- including, broccoli stem hummus, cauliflower core slaw, kale stem pesto and apple core vinegar.
