Tired of March being dominated by a pesky collegiate basketball tournament? Join co-ops nationwide and take part in Cheese Madness for your chance to win $150 worth of fine cheese and other goodies! Instead of sweaty people in shorts, we’ve got 16 cheeses battling for bragging rights. Cheese by cheese, winners advance, losers are mercilessly devoured.

How to Participate

Fill out a blind bracket to guess which cheese will be most popular in a series of matchups. Drop off completed brackets at our Customer Relations desk or email them to marketing@coopfoodstore.com.

Sample and Vote March 12-April 4

Starting March 12, you will be able to sample the cheeses and vote for your faves. (That’s right—free cheese samples!) Didn’t fill out a bracket? That’s okay! Come sample delicious cheeses anyway. Check out the bracket below for the sampling dates and matchups. Samplings are held in the Hanover and Lebanon Cheese Shoppes.

The Cheesy Champion

Finally, one champion shall emerge victorious—the undisputed boss of the curd castle. One completely accurate bracket or the bracket that comes the closest wins $150 worth of fine cheese and other flavorful delights. In the event of two or more accurate brackets, we’ll hold a drawing. We’ll also put the winning cheese on sale to share it with the world and celebrate its utter dominance.
