Chicago Hot Dog Class

Food Educator Lindsay Smith had her first Chicago-style dog during a long layover in O’Hare Airport. She was hooked!

We will start with an all-beef dog, and then pile on the toppings in the right order: yellow mustard, sweet green pickle relish, onion, tomato wedges, pickle spear, sport peppers, and celery salt. It is heaven. Have two and it is double heaven.
