Souvlaki stands for “meat-on-a-skewer” and is one of the most popular street foods in Greece. Chicken in a simple marinade of raw garlic along with spices like oregano, rosemary, and sweet paprika, and a combination of excellent extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and dry white wine.
