The HR Director is a proven leader, educator, communicator, and hands-on operator who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and driving people strategies throughout the organization. This individual must also be able to thrive at a strategic level and demonstrate strong leadership skills, share a passion for the cooperative’s mission, and ensure the execution of the Hanover Co-op’s people strategies.
The ability to know when to delegate and when to participate is imperative. The HR Director must consistently demonstrate the highest degree of integrity, ethical conduct, and trustworthiness in a fast-paced environment.
The Director of Finance is a key member of the leadership team. They provide strategic guidance and executive-level management of annual and long-term financial plans for the Hanover Co-op. The Director of Finance will report to the General Manager to provide advice and counsel. The Director of Finance will also work closely with the leadership team on business operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
The Director of Finance has to be passionate about the Co-op’s mission, must align with its organizational values, and be an individual who provides strategic and tactical leadership for the cooperative’s long-term financial sustainability. This position has some direct responsibilities to the Hanover Co-op’s Board of Directors.
