Winter Squash and Leek Risotto Virtual Class



This creamy and warming dish is a perfect weeknight meal that celebrates the flavors of the season. We will use a whole butternut squash in two different ways—both infusing the stock and adding it to the risotto.

I love this dish because it is employs various cooking techniques that are actually simple. They just take a bit of time and care.
