To help our Co-op board successfully govern, we must hear from our shoppers and member-owners. The information and feedback from surveys such as this one guide the board in both reviewing current policy governance in place and, if needed, crafting new policy.
While we always wish to hear from any member-owner, completing this survey gives us some consistent data year-over-year. To have a more complete picture of member needs, we need to hear from each of you, not just a fraction of the 27,000 current member-owners!
All survey results are read, data is tallied and compared to past years, and themes are gathered for review of current needs. Please note the survey is also open to everyone, member or not.
