Our owners are entitled to sweet perks! Join as a member and purchase 10 shares of stock for a one-time investment of $50, or join as a subscriber and gain shares over time. Either way, just fill out an application and return to any of our Service Desks.
What’s a Member?
Co-op shares are $5 each. Membership requires 10 shares of stock. If you own 10 shares, you are a member (or an owner or a member-owner—we use these terms interchangeably) and entitled to the full list of benefits and perks. Approved Cardholders—including your partner and immediate family members in our database—can also enjoy the benefits that come with your membership.
What’s a Subscriber?
Subscribers own fewer than 10 shares and gain shares over time. Acquire more shares through patronage refund or purchase them outright. A subscriber has three years to reach 10 shares or the membership will be closed. Subscriber benefits include personal notification of product recalls and patronage refund.
What’s Food Access Membership?
A cycle of paying it forward, departing member-owners can donate their shares to Food for All participants. This provides them with full membership benefits, Co-op Rewards, and Big Deal pricing.

FEDCO SEEDS
Members can save money on seeds by taking part in a group order of Fedco Seeds.
