Let’s Give It Up for This Guy!

Congratulations to our friend J.B. McCann, this year’s recipient of the Allen and Nan King Award! The King Award honors a Co-op employee who exemplifies the spirit of cooperation. Recipients are chosen by their fellow employees each year.

The late Allen and Nan King joined the Hanover Co-op in 1941 and were active Co-op members for more than 50 years, serving as Board members and presidents and bringing lively discussion and sage points of view to decades of annual meetings.

All King Award recipients select a local nonprofit, which receives a $500 check from the Co-op. J.B. selected the Upper Valley Haven.
