Thanksgiving Catering Menu

Let Co-op Catering do the cooking! We can prepare your family a full, home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner, just loaded with local farm-fresh ingredients. Or for a smaller gathering, order a few of our delicious meals for one. Don’t forget that the same great sides are available in our Prepared Foods Department. Order deadline: Sunday, November 17 at 9 p.m. Order early!

Pickup Instructions
Pickup in stores. At the Prepared Foods counter, simply mention your name and the items you are picking up. A Co-op employee will happily fetch your items. Orders will be available any time during store hours on selected pickup day.

Turkey Dinner for One

This ready-made plated Thanksgiving meal includes:

  • Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey (not local): light and dark meat
  • Classic Sage and Onion Stuffing
  • Herb Mashed Potatoes
  • Whipped Winter Squash
  • Cranberry-Orange Relish
  • Classic Turkey Gravy

The Whole Feast

This ready-made Thanksgiving feast includes:

  • Stonewood Farm Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast (Avg. 4 lb)
  • Classic Sage and Onion Stuffing (24 oz)
  • Herb Mashed Potatoes (32 oz)
  • Whipped Winter Squash (18 oz)
  • Cider-Glazed Carrots (16 oz)
  • Cranberry-Orange Relish (8 oz)
  • Classic Turkey Gravy (1 pint)

LOCAL INGREDIENTS

  • Whole Feast features turkey from Stonewood Farm (Orwell, Vt.)
  • Whipped Winter Squash features squash from Pierson’s Farm (Bradford, Vt.).
  • Carrots and potatoes are from N.H. and Vt. farms.
  • Gravy is made with Roasted Turkey Bone Broth from Joe’s Kitchen (Montpelier, Vt.), Cabot butter (Cabot, Vt.), and King Arthur flour (Norwich, Vt.).
