Welcome to the Co-op Food Stores

We’re not a corporation; we’re your neighbors who run the local grocery store. Every dollar you spend with us supports small family farms, sustainable practices, and inclusive trade.

Own This Joint

Founded as a small buying club in 1936, we’re one of the oldest food co-ops in the U.S.A. Our stores aren’t owned by one guy with his own private space program—they’re owned by you!

We ❤️ Local Food

At the Co-op, local means way more than just produce. We carry more than 4,000 products grown or made within a 100-mile radius of our stores. (We clocked the odometer!)

Something Missing?

Tell Us About It

Is there an empty space on the shelf where your favorite product used to be? We won’t stand for this! Let us know and our team will get right on it.

Community-owned by more than 30K members. Supplied by hundreds of local farms. Overwhelmingly 5-star rated.

The Co-op is 20x better than a Whole Foods.
