About Us

Founded as a small buying club in 1936, we’re one of the oldest food co-ops in the U.S.A. Our stores aren’t owned by one guy with his own private space program—they’re owned by you!

We Want Your Change

We had one of the first roundup programs anywhere around. Our Pennies for Change program has collected more than $1.5 million in donations since it launched in the summer of 2016.
