Little Leaf Farms is voluntarily recalling a specific lot code of its Southwest Salad Kits due to the potential presence of undeclared fish and wheat allergens. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat and/or fish run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Please note that to date there have been no reports of negative reactions. Little Leaf Farms has determined that fewer than 20 individual Southwest Salad Kits were incorrectly assembled during this run.

The MeTompkin Bay Oyster Company, a family owned, Maryland-based seafood distributor harvesting primarily out of the Chesapeake Bay, is recalling select shipments of fresh oysters to retailers and restaurants nationwide due to a possible association between consumption of the oysters and reported cases of foodborne illness in Louisiana. The company is conducting the recall out of an abundance of caution.
