Our Board Election Looks a Little Different This Year. Here’s why.
This year we have three dedicated members stepping up to fill four available seats. While the candidates are guaranteed a spot, there is still an open seat due to a last-minute candidacy withdrawal. In this case, the Board will use an open appointment process to fill the vacancy. (See the Co-op Bylaws, Article V, Section 7.)

Why It’s So Important to Vote, Even During an Uncontested Election
We have these from time to time and it’s still incredibly important to vote, even during an uncontested year. Why? Remember, our Bylaws require a minimum number of votes for an election to be valid, and we have three altruistic members willing to take this on and they need our support.
